Personalized 1:1 Nutrition

The Program.

Nutrition coaching that is actually PERSONALIZED and not a copy and paste coaching program. If thats achieving better overall health, better sports performance, or losing weight. What you are doing should be tailored to you and only you. Nutrition is never going to be one size fits all. We focus on longevity and gaining knowledge that you can keep the rest of your life. #StrongnotSkinny

How it works.

We will work 1:1 together to assess your goals and what you are looking to achieve. We will create a clear plan of action and time line to give you the understanding of what its going to take and why we are doing what we are doing. You will have tailored protocols that will guide you through your journey.


Each week you will have  a weekly check in form through our coaching software app. Along with Daily habits, lessons, and actions that are tailored to your goals. Each week you will recieve a video review of your check in form and your past week from your coach. Along with your weekly checkins we will do Bi weekly coaching calls via zoom or phone. You also have access to message me 7 days a week. 


Depending on your goals we will incorporate Macro nutrient tracking, Protein and calorie tracking, Portions/complete meals to assess your nutrition as we work together.


Along with that we will monitor and track your biofeedback weekly. This includes your sleep, recovery, performance, stress, mood, libido, period health (female clients), hunger, and bowel movements.
