Mia Rasmussen is a highly qualified and passionate nutritionist with extensive expertise in sports performance, hormone balance, eating disorders, and overall wellness. With certifications from the Nutrition Coaching Institute (NCI) at Levels 1 & 2, and Hormone specialist. As well as being a certified NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), USAW L1 (USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach), and CF L1 (CrossFit Level 1 Trainer).Mia brings a comprehensive approach to health and fitness.
With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, Mia's journey began with a deep-rooted passion for sports from a very young age. Growing up, she excelled in softball, laying the foundation for her interest in overall performance. Mia later transitioned into competitive Olympic weightlifting, where she achieved notable success, including medaling at the 2022 USA Weightlifting Nationals.

Continuing her athletic journey, Mia is currently a competitive CrossFit athlete. Alongside her own athletic pursuits, Mia has been coaching CrossFit and weightlifting since 2019.
Mia's approach to nutrition and fitness is longevity focused, emphasizing the importance of balanced nutrition, personalized coaching, to optimize performance and well-being. Whether you're a seasoned athlete striving for peak performance or an everyday high performer, Mia is dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential and achieve your goals.

Along with her passions of nutrition and fitness, Mia also has experience working in health care with her EMT. She carries a strong passion in helping others in as many ways that she can.
Outside of Nutrition and fitness Mia resides in Gilbert Arizona with her Partner Veronica and son Mateo and their dog Gus! She's an avid Seahawks fan and loves country music. She's a homebody at heart but loves to travel as well!

Lanée is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
Combining her background in education with years of coaching, she is passionate about helping
clients build sustainable habits that improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life.
After earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education, Lanée spent five years
teaching before transitioning into the fitness industry. Her love for coaching naturally evolved
into nutrition, where she discovered that lasting results come from education, consistency, and
creating habits that fit each individual’s lifestyle—not restrictive diets or all-or-nothing
approaches.

As a CrossFit coach and endurance athlete, Lanée understands the important role nutrition
plays in supporting performance, recovery, body composition, and everyday health. Whether
working with athletes looking to perform at their best or individuals simply wanting to feel
healthier and more energized, she believes every client deserves an individualized plan built
around their unique goals and lifestyle.
Lanée’s coaching philosophy is rooted in meeting people where they are, providing
accountability with compassion, and helping clients develop lifelong habits they can maintain
long after coaching ends.

Outside of coaching, Lanée enjoys hiking, traveling, finding new foods to eat, and going on
adventures with her two sons, Truman & Rudy, and her dog, Dexter.
